2026 NSW Hobie 14, Women & Youth States Confirmed for Wangi Wangi

It has been three long year’s since the Hobie Class hit the waters of Awabakal Country for a State Championships, and what better way to return than to the beloved location of Wangi Wangi.

Home to some of the most infamous Hobie Sailors known to mankind, Wangi RSL Amateur Sailing Club has a very deep history within the Hobie Class. Taking place valentines weekend, the Wangi Pub, RSL and more are set to welcome the Hobie Family on Lake Macquarie for a sensational weekend of catamaran racing.

Three years ago, the Hobie fleet visited Wangi Wangi for 14, Women & Youth States four weeks after the 50th Hobie Cat Nationals. We are looking forward to a number of boats joining us to celebrate Hobie sailing on Lake Mac once again. Check out the 2023 Match Report via the link below:
