Hobie Sailors,

We are very disappointed to announce that Round 2 of the NSW Hobie State Titles for the H14, Women and Youth have been cancelled. It seemed the bushfire crisis Eden was surrounded by was as bad as it could get, yet Coronavirus has proved us wrong.

Given the ever changing health landscape that we are currently experiencing, we felt that it was in the best interests of our sailors, families and hosting club to cancel the event. We did not make this decision lightly and was in line with advice from Australian Sailing and World Health Organisation. ALL entry fees have been reimbursed in full via the means in which they were paid and will be available within 10 business days.

If possible, we will try and reschedule this event in the first half of next season but this will be situational dependant. We would like to acknowledge the awesome effort that the H14’s have made to grow the fleet and want to ensure you, as an Association, we are here to support this growth.

We want to encourage our sailing family to exercise sensibility throughout this period of unknown period. Take care, be safe and we will see you all on the beach soon.
